Mental health and Addiction: You are not alone.

Mental Health & Addiction — You Are Not Your Worst Day Nobody wakes up and chooses addiction. Nobody invites anxiety, depression, or the weight that makes getting out of bed feel impossible. Yet we live in a world that tells people to "just be strong" — as if willpower alone could heal a mind that's been quietly breaking for years. We are here to say what nobody says enough: it is okay to not be okay. Our programs offer judgement-free counselling, de-addiction support, peer recovery groups, and long-term mental wellness care. We don't treat people like cases — we treat them like family. Because recovery is not a straight line, and the people walking that path deserve someone who stays even when it gets messy. Your darkest chapter does not define your story. We are here to help you turn the page. The Crisis Is Real. The Numbers Don't Lie. 200 million Indians live with a mental health condition — 1 in every 7 people. 83% of them receive no treatment at all. 56 million Indians suffer from depression. 38 million live with anxiety disorders. Suicide is the #1 cause of death among Indians aged 15 to 29. 1,71,418 suicides were recorded in India in a single year. 32% of Indian college students show moderate to severe depression. $6 trillion — the global economic cost of mental health conditions every year. 1 suicide every 43 seconds — that's 740,000 lives lost globally, each year. 75% of all mental health conditions begin before the age of 25. And the future? The WHO projects this crisis will worsen as digital addiction rises, social isolation deepens, and access to care fails to keep pace. India's own Economic Survey 2025-26 has flagged mental health and digital addiction as a direct threat to the nation's long-term productivity and well-being. This is not a someday problem. This is a right now emergency. And if we don't act, the silence will only get louder.
